As an Industrial Engineer, you will focus on improving and optimizing production capabilities. This role includes analyzing workflow, conducting feasibility studies, and ensuring that all processes meet the required standards of quality and efficiency. Responsibilities

• Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct training sessions for staff on new systems and processes.
• Work with suppliers to enhance product quality and supply chain efficiencies.
• Perform cost-benefit analyses to assess improvements.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to gather feedback on process changes.
• Support project management activities and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Review and update engineering documentation as necessary.
• Cultivate collaboration between engineering and production teams.
• Participate in industry forums and stay updated on best practices.
• Contribute to project proposal development and presentations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Manufacturing Sciences
• Postgraduate qualification preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in industrial engineering
