We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager to join our Johannesburg team. In this critical role, you will oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your leadership skills will be paramount in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Manage project budgets and resource allocation.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and foster collaboration.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Report progress to senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
• Facilitate smooth communication among team members and clients.
• Evaluate project milestones and performance metrics.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes and areas for development.
• Provide ongoing support and training to project team members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years experience in project management

Technical Skills

• Project Management Software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana)
