Job Description

As a Sealer, you will play a crucial role in sealing, painting, and finishing products to meet specific customer requirements. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure that all products meet the highest standards of excellence. You will collaborate closely with production and quality control teams to maintain timelines and uphold quality.

Responsibilities

• Apply sealant materials to various surfaces, ensuring they are well-prepared and free of contaminants.
• Inspect sealed surfaces to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Use tools such as caulking guns and rollers to apply sealant materials effectively.
• Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Keep work area clean and organized, performing routine maintenance on machinery.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Train and mentor junior team members in sealing techniques and safety practices.
• Assist with inventory counts and order supplies as required.
