Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support to users via phone, email, or in person.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.
  • Install and configure computer systems and applications.
  • Assist with network setups and configurations.
  • Maintain records of all support activities in the ticketing system.
  • Perform regular software updates and system maintenance.
  • Educate users on basic IT troubleshooting techniques.
  • Work collaboratively with other IT team members to resolve complex issues.
  • Perform backup and recovery operations as needed.
  • Assist in the onboarding process of new employees with IT setups.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Information Technology or related field
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a technical support role
