Responsibilities

• Review financial statements and ensure they reflect the true financial position of clients.
• Conduct follow-up meetings with clients to communicate audit outcomes.
• Prepare compliance documentation and present to management.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure alignment in processes.
• Provide insights for strategic decision-making based on audit findings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Professional certification (CA, CIMA, ACCA) preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in auditing or accounting

Technical Skills

• Financial Analysis
• Compliance and Regulation Knowledge

• Attention to Detail
• Effective Communication

Certifications

• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
• Registered Auditor (RA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational

• Experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks): Familiarity with popular accounting software is beneficial.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel: Experience with complex financial modelling and analysis in Excel.
