Responsibilities

• Groom and style pets to the owner’s satisfaction.
• Educate pet owners on skin care and grooming maintenance.
• Assist in managing bookings and scheduling appointments.
• Participate in team meetings and training to improve skills.
• Uphold high standards of hygiene and animal safety.

Requirements

Education

• Matric or equivalent qualification
• Diploma in Animal Care or Grooming is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of grooming experience

Technical Skills

• Pet grooming techniques
• Customer service

Certifications

• Advanced Pet Grooming Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with special needs pets: Knowledge of grooming techniques for special needs pets is a plus.
