Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs through comprehensive health evaluations.
• Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Provide guidance and support to junior nursing staff.
• Participate in patient education programs and community outreach.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
• Follow up on lab results and assist in diagnostic procedures.
• Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Participate in professional nursing organizations and activities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Healthcare
• Specialization in Critical Care Nursing preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a clinical environment

• Infection Control
• Patient Monitoring

Certifications

• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Certified Critical Care Nurse (CCRN) preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Training in Geriatric Care: Knowledge of specific needs of elderly patients and geriatric nursing.
• Certification in Clinical Nursing Education: Experience in training and mentoring nursing students or junior staff.
