Responsibilities

  • Assess patient needs through comprehensive health evaluations.
  • Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior nursing staff.
  • Participate in patient education programs and community outreach.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
  • Follow up on lab results and assist in diagnostic procedures.
  • Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers.
  • Participate in professional nursing organizations and activities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Healthcare
  • Specialization in Critical Care Nursing preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a clinical environment
