Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our Johannesburg team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing construction projects. You will collaborate with architects and contractors to ensure project specifications are met and high safety standards are followed.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and construction phases of projects.
• Perform structural analysis and design optimization.
• Coordinate with municipal and governmental agencies for permits.
• Manage and track project schedules and budgets.
• Provide technical support and problem-solving during construction.
• Ensure client expectations and deliverables are met.
• Document project milestones and challenges.
• Evaluate construction methodologies for sustainability.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering and project management

• Geotechnical Engineering

Certifications

• Chartered Engineer Status

Languages

• English: Fluent
