Responsibilities

• Analyze product specifications to recommend improvements.
• Monitor and report on project progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for material sourcing.
• Assist in developing project proposals and project schedules.
• Implement quality assurance protocols and methodologies.
• Conduct failure analysis and resolve non-conformances.
• Participate in team meetings to align on project goals.
• Document lessons learned and best practices for future projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
• Master's is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in mechanical engineering roles with progressive responsibility

Technical Skills

• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
• Project Management Software

Soft Skills

• Team Leadership

Certifications

• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
