Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Set achievable sales goals and implement action plans to achieve them.
  • Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and the company to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze competitor activity and strategize responses to market changes.
  • Engage in regular training to stay updated on industry standards and techniques.
  • Prepare reports for management on sales metrics and performance indicators.
  • Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Assist in the development of marketing strategies that align with business goals.
  • Encourage team collaboration and growth amongst sales team members.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a tech environment
