We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and drive projects to success at Leading Projects Co. The ideal candidate will coordinate all aspects of project management, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and stakeholder satisfaction. You will lead cross-functional teams and manage project timelines, budgets, and client communications effectively.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, plan, execute, and close projects according to stakeholder needs.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes effectively.
• Mentor and coach junior project managers or interns as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout all project phases.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
• PMP certification preferred, with additional certifications valued

Experience

• 5 to 7 years of demonstrated project management experience
