Join us as a Site Reliability Engineer, where your primary focus will be on improving system reliability and maintaining high service-level objectives. You will implement monitoring solutions and participate in incident management to ensure optimal performance in a dynamic cloud environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions.
• Conduct post-mortem analyses on incidents to improve response strategies.
• Work with stakeholders to design service level agreements (SLAs) for system availability.
• Advocate for automation in operations to reduce manual effort.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering or related fields

Technical Skills

• Kubernetes
• CI/CD Tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)

Soft Skills

• Critical Thinking

Certifications

• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Incident Management?: Experience handling incident response and post-mortem reviews.
• Experience with Networking: Understanding network architecture and protocols.
