We are seeking a skilled Telecommunications Engineer to join our vibrant team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of telecommunications systems and be responsible for planning, designing, and implementing robust telecommunication networks.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate telecommunications hardware and software to ensure optimal performance.
• Manage and oversee the installation and configuration of telecommunication equipment.
• Assist in the development of project plans and budgets for telecommunications initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of network configurations, maintenance logs, and project documentation.
• Engage with vendors and service providers to negotiate contracts and service agreements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years experience in telecommunications engineering or related field
