Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Lead and participate in design reviews and project meetings.
• Utilize CAD software for accurate component design.
• Collaborate with the quality team to enhance product reliability.
• Train and guide interns or new hires on mechanical practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new technology.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs.
• Manage multiple projects while adhering to tight deadlines.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
• Master’s degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering

Technical Skills

• CAD Software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
• Thermodynamics and Fluid Mechanics

Soft Skills

• Analytical thinking
• Team collaboration

Certifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) License

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
