Responsibilities

  • Lead outreach activities to promote community health programs.
  • Gather and analyze data to assess program impact.
  • Work in partnership with healthcare providers to address community health needs.
  • Conduct public health research to inform program development.
  • Chair community health advisory meetings to discuss strategies.
  • Prepare grant proposals for funding public health initiatives.
  • Reporting outcomes and challenges to the Program Director.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and training.
  • Collaborate on health campaigns during outbreaks or emergencies.
  • Educate the public on various health issues affecting the community.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in public health or community health programs
