Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Clinical Psychologist to join our team in Pretoria. You will provide therapeutic services and support to clients dealing with various mental health issues. The ideal candidate must be passionate about mental health and dedicated to fostering a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform in-depth psychological assessments and formulate treatment strategies.
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Monitor clients' progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to stay current in the field.
  • Work closely with healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
  • Offer crisis intervention and support as required.
  • Advocate for improved mental health policies and practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Clinical Psychology
  • Registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) is mandatory
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a clinical setting
