Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment initiatives and collaborate with hiring managers.
  • Create and maintain effective HR metrics to monitor performance.
  • Manage employee relations issues with discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate employee engagement surveys and analyze feedback.
  • Assist in employee career development and succession planning.
  • Oversee compliance audits related to HR practices.
  • Participate in developing a strong company culture and employee engagement strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field
  • HR management diplomas are advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a generalist role
