Job Description

As a Human Resources Manager at HR Solutions Corp., you'll be instrumental in fostering a positive workplace culture and managing HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. You will collaborate with various departments to implement strategic HR initiatives that support business objectives.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or Business is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including managerial experience
