Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Psychologist to join our passionate team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have experience in diagnosing and treating a range of psychological issues, providing therapy, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Perform psychological assessments and interpret results.
  • Facilitate therapeutic sessions using evidence-based techniques.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient care.
  • Document patient interactions and maintain confidentiality.
  • Conduct psychoeducation sessions for patients and families.
  • Participate in case reviews and clinical meetings.
  • Stay informed on the latest mental health research.
  • Write reports and provide feedback to referral sources.
  • Assist in the development of mental health programs.
  • Provide support and training to junior staff and interns.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or related field
  • Doctorate preferred
