Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess employee health conditions and environment.
• Advise on the development of health policies and procedures.
• Conduct workplace inspections to ensure compliance with health standards.
• Facilitate employee wellness initiatives and educational programs.
• Maintain accurate records of health assessments and reports.
• Act as a liaison between management and employees regarding health matters.
• Provide training and resources on ergonomics and occupational safety.
• Lead investigations into workplace accidents and recommend improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Health or Occupational Safety

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in an occupational health role

Certifications

• Certified Safety Professional (CSP)
