Job Description

We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Event Planner to join our dynamic team based in Pretoria. In this role, you will conceptualize, organize, and execute various events, creating memorable experiences for our clients. You should have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and implementation of events from inception to completion.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during event execution.
  • Monitor event progress and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Prepare post-event reports summarizing outcomes and attendee feedback.
  • Work with marketing to promote events and attract attendees.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Event Management or related field
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
