Job Description

Seeking a passionate Mental Health Counselor for our Cape Town office. You will play a crucial role in providing counseling services to individuals struggling with mental health issues. In this position, expect to conduct assessments, develop personalized treatment strategies, and deliver therapeutic sessions aimed at promoting mental wellness and resilience among our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective counseling strategies tailored to individual client goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate client progress throughout treatment cycles.

  • Document treatment plans, assessments, and client interactions accurately.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Counseling
  • Master's degree in Social Work preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in mental health or therapeutic settings
