Responsibilities

• Analyze survey reports, maps, and other data to plan projects.
• Design structural components such as beams, columns, and foundations.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices.
• Ensure all designs meet local codes and regulations.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation for project stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering
• Master's degree or equivalent is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in structural engineering preferred

• Finite Element Analysis
• Structural Design Codes (SANS, Eurocodes)

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
