Responsibilities
Manage and supervise the train crew to ensure proper workflow.
Implement emergency protocols and procedures when needed.
Collaborate with management to enhance operational efficiency.

Engage with customers to provide excellent service and resolve complaints.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Relevant qualifications in transportation or logistics are advantageous
Experience
3+ years of experience in railway operations or locomotive management
