Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Agent and Business Manager to represent artists in various disciplines, from visual arts to performing arts. The ideal candidate will cultivate strong relationships with clients and negotiate contracts, all while providing expert advice and guidance to promote their careers.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new artists based on their market potential and talent.
  • Negotiate contracts and financial arrangements on behalf of represented artists.
  • Help artists build portfolios and organize promotional events.
  • Assess and provide feedback on artists' performances and career decisions.
  • Keep abreast of industry standards, practices, and legal requirements.
  • Facilitate travel and accommodation arrangements for artists.
  • Advise on marketing strategies and media engagements for artists.
  • Foster strong connections with clients and audiences.
  • Evaluate performance metrics for effective decision-making.
  • Ensure a high level of professionalism and representation for each artist.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Music Business, or related field
  • Relevant experience in artist management is essential
