Job Description

As a User Experience Researcher at Innovative Creations Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in refining our user experience strategies. Responsibilities

• Lead user experience research initiatives from conception to execution.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user insights into product designs.
• Utilize analytics tools to measure performance of UX/UI changes.
• Foster user advocacy by sharing findings across the organization.
• Propose new research methodologies to improve user insight gathering.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design or a related discipline
• Certification in UX Research is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in user research and UX design
