We are seeking an experienced Investment Banker to join our team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will leverage their financial expertise to advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising initiatives, while also playing a critical role in deal structuring and execution.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate client meetings to discuss investment strategies.
• Prepare detailed financial models and forecasts.
• Collaborate with external advisors and legal teams.
• Assist in post-merger integration processes.
• Conduct industry research to inform client strategy.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration
• Relevant professional certification is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years experience in investment banking or corporate finance

• Valuation Techniques

Certifications

• Investment Banking Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
