Job Description

As an IT Support Specialist in Durban, you will play a crucial role in our IT team. You will be expected to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, support network maintenance, and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to IT support tickets and monitor ticketing systems.
• Configure and deploy new hardware for employees.
• Assist with network setup and troubleshooting.
• Provide support for email, communications tools, and collaboration platforms.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in an IT help desk role.
