Job Description

As a Back Order Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all back orders are processed efficiently and in a timely manner. Your communication skills will be vital as you liaise with different departments to ensure all orders are fulfilled, while also working to reduce back order numbers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the back order process from initiation to fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with the customer support team regarding order inquiries.
  • Use inventory management systems to track back orders.
  • Conduct regular audits of back order status and resolution processes.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric Certificate or equivalent
  • Relevant qualifications in supply chain management or administration will be advantageous.
Experience
  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar role is required.
