UX Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our growing design team in Sandton. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating intuitive and engaging user experiences across various platforms. You will work collaboratively with UI designers, developers, and stakeholders to design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. Your primary goal is to understand user needs and design solutions that enhance usability and accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX projects from ideation to completion, focusing on user-focused design.
• Create and conduct usability tests to optimize designs based on user input.
• Implement design changes based on continuous user feedback and testing.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align design with brand strategy.
• Foster a culture of user-centered design throughout the organization.
• Develop and deliver presentations to communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Interactive Media, or related field
• Relevant certifications in UX design are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of proven experience in UX/UI design
