We are looking for a dedicated Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Durban. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical design, thermodynamics, and fluid dynamics. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Prepare engineering reports and presentations.
• Assist with the procurement of materials and equipment.
• Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality standards.
• Participate in design and safety reviews.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns.
• Analyze data and create predictions for project outcomes.
• Support the production team with technical expertise.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in existing products.
• Document engineering processes and workflows.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineering license is a plus

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in mechanical design and analysis
