Responsibilities

• Participate in client meetings and presentations to discuss project updates.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Mentor junior staff and assist in their professional development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of proven experience in structural projects

Technical Skills

• Revit
• Finite Element Analysis

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Certified Engineering Technician (CET)
• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Expertise in Seismic Design: Understanding of seismic activities and compliance with design codes.
• Experience with Construction Management Software: Familiarity with software such as Procore or Buildertrend.
