Responsibilities

• Provide advisory services on capital raising and strategic financial transactions.

• Support the execution of debt and equity transactions.
• Assist in managing projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors.
• Present transaction ideas and results to senior management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• Master's in Business Administration (MBA) preferred

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking or financial services
