Job Description

As a Core Finisher, you will be primarily responsible for finishing metal castings, ensuring they meet rigorous quality standards prior to dispatch. You will work with a variety of tools and techniques to achieve the desired finish on our products. This role requires strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Implement quality control measures throughout the finishing process.
• Document production output and any quality issues encountered.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations specific to metal finishing.
• Support process improvement initiatives in the foundry.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals.

Requirements

Education

• Technical Diploma in Manufacturing or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing/metal finishing role.

Technical Skills

• Sanding techniques
• Inspection tool usage

Languages

• English: Fluent
