Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure effective staff management.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance customer experience.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock control processes.
• Train and mentor team members to achieve their best performance.
• Analyze sales trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues effectively.
• Collaborate with marketing to execute promotional campaigns.
• Prepare and present reports on store performance to management.

Requirements

Education

• Matric or equivalent qualification
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in retail management
