Job Description

Join our team as a Healthcare Administrator, where your expertise will help us provide exceptional healthcare services. You will manage daily operations, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and work closely with medical staff to improve workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate communication between healthcare teams and administration.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local healthcare stakeholders.
  • Assist in developing and implementing health policies.
  • Support the management of clinical services to ensure quality.
  • Ensure that the facility is well-staffed at all times.
  • Oversee facility budgets and allocate resources effectively.
  • Monitor healthcare compliance standards and reporting.
  • Lead projects aimed at improving operational efficiency.
  • Identify service delivery gaps and propose improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Management
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a healthcare management position
