Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will be the first point of contact for users experiencing technical issues. Your role will involve troubleshooting hardware and software problems, providing timely and effective solutions while ensuring a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between users and IT management.
  • Manage IT asset inventory and procurement.
  • Provide support for mobile devices and remote working setups.
  • Assist in implementing IT security measures.
  • Conduct regular backups and data integrity checks.
  • Participate in continuous improvement of IT services.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • ITIL Foundation certification preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support roles
