Responsibilities
Review and prepare legal documents and contracts.
Advise management on legal rights and obligations.
Assist in regulatory compliance and corporate policies.
Represent clients in negotiations and mediations.
Provide training to staff on legal topics as needed.
Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the company.
Support the legal team with administrative duties.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)
Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field is advantageous
