Responsibilities

• Manage and administer treatments and medications as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and report on any changes in condition.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in care planning.
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
• Conduct patient education sessions on discharge instructions.
• Assist with the management of patient flow and care coordination.
• Maintain accurate and timely records for each patient.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• Postgraduate qualifications in Nursing are advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of clinical experience preferred
