Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate the record press machines for production.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure the final product meets specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with machine performance.
• Train new operators on machine use and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure adherence to standards.
• Document production activity and report daily metrics.
• Assist in inventory management of raw materials.
• Participate in team meetings to improve production processes.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Technical or vocational training in manufacturing is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating record press machines
