Job Description

As a Fundraiser with Community Builders Ltd, you'll have the opportunity to lead fundraising campaigns that support vital community programs in Port Elizabeth. Your creativity in event planning and relationship building with stakeholders will help us achieve our goals and positively impact the lives of many.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute innovative fundraising initiatives.
  • Foster relationships with local businesses to secure sponsorship.
  • Plan and host community engagement events to promote initiatives.
  • Document donor interactions and provide timely follow-ups.
  • Assess fundraising opportunities and market trends.
  • Develop marketing materials to support fundraising efforts.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance community outreach.
  • Prepare reports on donor engagement and fundraising outcomes.
  • Explore grant opportunities and write proposals.
  • Ensure alignment of fundraising goals with organizational mission.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Master's degree in Non-Profit Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years experience in fundraising or sales roles
