We are on the lookout for a dedicated Pharmacist to join our team at PharmaCare Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for dispensing medications, advising patients on drug interactions, and collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a commitment to improving patient health outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the pharmacy's inventory and procurement of medications.
• Conduct medication therapy management sessions.
• Participate in patient care rounds and provide pharmaceutical care solutions.
• Ensure the pharmacy area is clean and organized, following health and safety standards.
• Counsel patients on lifestyle and health management.
• Track and report adverse drug reactions when necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or relevant field

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years in retail or clinical pharmacy

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
