We are seeking a talented Architect to join our Cape Town office. You will be responsible for designing and overseeing diverse projects, from residential to commercial spaces. Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and present them to clients.
• Prepare detailed drawings and specifications.
• Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to design intent.
• Collaborate with engineers and contractors to coordinate the construction process.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
• Ensure sustainability practices are implemented in design.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Professional accreditation is an advantage

Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in architectural design

Technical Skills

• Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Sustainable Design Principles

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Problem-Solving

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Architectural Design Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Urban Design: Knowledge and experience in urban planning and design.
• Familiarity with Local Building Codes: Understanding of the regulatory environment in Cape Town.
