Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee construction projects in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating construction activities, ensuring quality standards, and managing budgets to deliver projects on time.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to deliver high-quality construction projects.
• Assist in the planning and design phases of projects.
• Conduct quality control inspections at various stages of construction.
• Manage procurement of materials and resources.
• Work closely with architects and engineers to ensure project goals are met.
• Prepare documentation for project bids and proposals.
• Facilitate weekly project meetings with stakeholders.
• Track project milestones and deliverables.
• Implement best practices in construction management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing construction projects
