Job Description

As a Tax Consultant at Tax Solutions Co., you'll leverage your expertise to guide clients through complex tax situations. You'll work closely with individuals and businesses, providing tailored advice and strategies to optimize their tax positions, while ensuring compliance with South African tax laws.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on tax-efficient investments and structures.
• Prepare and submit all necessary tax documentation accurately and on time.
• Engage in tax planning strategies to minimize liabilities for clients.
• Assist clients in understanding their tax obligations and rights.
• Stay informed of new tax policies and how they may affect client situations.
• Promote tax services to potential clients and help expand the firm's client base.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Master's degree in Taxation is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in tax consulting

Certifications

• Tax Compliance and Advisory Certification
• CA(SA) is a desirable qualification
