Responsibilities

• Design and refine user interactions using wireframes and prototypes.
• Participate in user testing to validate design decisions.
• Guide the overall visual design language of products.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align designs with business goals.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to team skill development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of professional UX/UI design experience

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite
• HTML/CSS

Soft Skills

• Critical Thinking
• Time Management

Certifications

• Certified User Experience Designer (CUED)
• Certified Usability Analyst (CUA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Front-end Development: Basic understanding of front-end coding can enhance collaboration with developers.
• Experience with motion design: Skills in animation to enhance user interactivity.
