UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We're in search of a talented UX/UI Designer who is passionate about creating beautiful and functional designs. As part of our creative team, you will be responsible for designing user interfaces and experiences that delight our customers. You will work closely with developers and product managers to create engaging and effective digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept to execution with a focus on user experience.
• Develop and maintain design documentation and specifications.
• Facilitate workshops and user testing sessions to involve users in the design process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on project goals.
• Ensure accessibility standards are met in all designs.
• Stay abreast of emerging web technologies and design methodologies.
• Contribute to team culture through knowledge sharing and creative problem-solving.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• Master's degree in Design is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design

• Adobe XD

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with front-end development tools: Basic knowledge of JavaScript frameworks like React or Vue.js.
