Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient assessments and create individualized care plans.
  • Administer IV medications and therapies.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
  • Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and nursing audits.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new nursing staff.
  • Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid when necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
Experience
  • Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting

Advantageous
