We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented Investment Banking Analyst. You will be tasked with financial modeling, valuation analysis, and preparing presentations for client meetings. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to evaluate investment opportunities.
• Develop complex financial models including DCF and LBO.
• Prepare materials for client pitches and presentations.
• Assist in creating market research reports to guide strategic decisions.
• Support senior management in due diligence processes.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Participate in meetings with clients and contribute insights.
• Assist in transaction execution and post-deal integration.
• Perform sector-specific research to identify potential key players.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in investment banking or a related field
