Job Description

We are in search of a skilled IT Support Technician to join our Pretoria-based team. You will handle technical queries, offer solutions to hardware and software problems, and maintain IT infrastructure. Great communication skills and a passion for technology are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support desktop and mobile systems.
• Assist with the onboarding of new employees for IT equipment.
• Evaluate and recommend tech improvements to enhance productivity.
• Conduct network monitoring to ensure optimal performance.
• Address user inquiries and resolve technical failures as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Any additional networking certifications is beneficial

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in IT support

Technical Skills

• VoIP Configuration
• Help Desk Software

Certifications

• Cisco Certified Networking Associate (CCNA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
